Wedding in Italy:
Francesca and Alberto’s Wedding Film
A wedding in Italy, a beautiful historic venue in Emilia-Romagna, an incredibly warm summer day and a celebration filled with laughter, music and genuine emotion.
Francesca and Alberto chose Palazzo Stella, near Bologna, to celebrate their wedding surrounded by the people who know them best. Their day was full of energy and spontaneity, with the kind of atmosphere that does not need to be staged to feel meaningful.
Their story began in the offices of Virtus Bologna, a detail that says a lot about their relationship. There is irony, complicity and a natural ability to enjoy life together without taking themselves too seriously. Those same qualities became part of their wedding day.
Their wedding film is built around the people and the words that surrounded them. The speeches from friends and family move naturally from laughter to emotion, offering a personal glimpse into Francesca and Alberto through the eyes of the people who know them best.
Around those voices, the film captures the rest of the celebration: hugs, smiles, dancing, music and all the spontaneous interactions that made the day feel completely theirs.
Some of the most meaningful moments were the ones nobody planned. A look between two people, a sudden laugh, an embrace, a small gesture shared between friends or family. These are often the details that become the most valuable memories years later.
This is the approach I bring to wedding films. Rather than directing every moment or turning the wedding into a production, I prefer to observe, anticipate and be ready when something real happens.
The result is a wedding film that feels personal because it is built around the couple, their relationships and the atmosphere of their day.
For Francesca and Alberto, that meant creating a film that brings back not only what happened at Palazzo Stella, but the feeling of being surrounded by the people they love.
Because a wedding film should not simply remind you of what your wedding looked like.
It should remind you of how it felt to be there.
